Flossys Furrys

Chester was adopted for kirsty he is starting to show through a sort of husky paterning but was almost totally white when we got him . he is settling very well but seems very plasid when we intro him to other rats which worries us as we dont want him to be bullied when they all live together.

Polo was brought from a pet store we traveld for ages to find a nice rat and when i saw him i knew he was the on eand kjp really liked his brother so we had them both. when we got him he was pure white but now we can see some obvious colour coming through he looks sorta huskyish and is going greyish brown.

he has been really nervous but seems to be fine when being handled but just dos’nt like people in his cage.

he had his first bath yesterday and loved swimming around and today we introd him to our other rats and they all seemed to get on fine no fights and lots of pruning.

Twiddle is kirstys rat he was another rescue rat when we got him his previous owners said he was too boistress. i can see this in him but he is still young.

he settled in straight away and is most definately mummys boy. he is a whita and sandy coloured husky who is very energetic. he had his first bath and was very nervous to start with but soon got the hang of it, unfortunatly he had a little accident when exploring in there and has lost a toe nail as a result of this.

Snatch is a siamese rat and the brother of Bandit and they are very similar untill u get to know them snatch seems to follow bandits lead and looks as if he wants to come out of the cage but wont do because bandit wont.

he too imeediatly took a shine to us (me and kjp) in the shop chilling straight out on my arm and almost falling asleep .

he is very nosy and is normally the first to get up when he hears a noise

Bandit is a large male marked siamese he was a rescue with his brother . the previous owner was moving away and couldnt take them and i was told he couldnt leave them .

he imeediatly took a shine to us (me and kjp) in the shop chilling out on my shoulder and almost falling asleep . when i am on the computer he will happily sit on my shoulder and watch what i am doing.

he doesnt like being taken out of his cage but once out is happy and affectionate.

Luna is a pure white winter white she is quitw small and very fast she belongs to me and is very spoilt.

Shandy is kirstys girl she is a Lustic?? (correct me if ive spelt it wrong) with a great personality and very fast .

i have 6 tanks that are all tropical and are heated and filterd all my tanks are planted to help in the reduction of nitrates

Sneak is another winter white hamster and is very to him self he will come out of his cage on his terms and is very fast so has to be handled very carfully he is a platinum colour and is the smallest of our hammys he is my boy and scurrys brother

Scurry is actually kjps hamster he is (as with all our hammys) a winter white his colours are of the darker type and his is very active and playfull even though he likes to nip every once in a while.

he has had a sore on his belly button for some time now it doesnt seen to bother him and doesnt seem to be infected so i have decided to just use teatree cream (which by the way he loves to eat) on it to keep it clean .
